Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Head to lead our online sales department and drive the growth of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful E-Commerce strategies, managing online sales platforms, and building and leading high-performing E-Commerce teams.

The E-Commerce Head will be responsible for setting the company's E-Commerce strategy, managing the E-Commerce team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the E-Commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the E-Commerce strategy for the company in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive the growth of the company's online sales channels, including but not limited to the company website, social media channels, and online marketplaces.
  • Oversee the development and execution of E-Commerce campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and other online marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the E-Commerce team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, product management, and IT, to optimize the E-Commerce platform and improve the customer experience.
  • Analyse E-Commerce metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the E-Commerce platform.
  • Ensure that the E-Commerce platform is user friendly, secure, and efficient, and that it meets the needs of customers and the company.
  • Stay up to date with E-Commerce trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to the company's E-Commerce strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in E-Commerce, with a track record of driving growth and success in E-Commerce platforms.
  • Experience managing and leading E-Commerce teams.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and online marketing tactics.
  • Must have knowledge of advance market tool like Flipkart, Amazon, Jio Mart and other.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details.
