Technical skills: node.js, react.js
Requirements:
- Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile/ traditional project management methodology, should own end to end lifecycle of project from Initiation to Closure of the project.
- Must have IT Industrial Experience
- Should be Technical Experinced with node.js and react.js
- Should be well versed in conducting ceremonies adhering the Agile Methodology.
- Ability and experience in managing and delivering under high demanding environment and customers or short to mid-term projects.
- Setting milestones and tracking progress. Ensuring timely delivery. Assessing, improving, and ironing out glitches along the way. Track issues and risks appropriately and communicate in timely fashion.
- Should possess strong understanding of new age technology, architecture and Dev-Ops and CICD process. Should have managed in past experience cloud architecture-based projects.
- Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with the customer on behalf of the project and contractual obligations.\
- Strong demonstrable ability to anticipate and highlight project risks in terms of schedule, cost, resource and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to track and monitor all project milestones and deliverables and report them to client accordingly.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Ability to prioritize work based on value and urgency.
- Provide real time knowledge transfer to the team on the Requirements based on client facing meetings and white boarding workshops.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team. Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure all projects are delivered with an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).
- Desire to have formal process knowledge like ISO, CMM I etc. Very strong and assertive communication.
- Ability to interface and interact with Sr. Management. Have quick understanding of circumstances and adapt and react accordingly
