  • Call quality monitoring
  • Optimal use of technology
  • Introducing training programs
  • Business risk assessment
  • Reduction of employee attrition
  • Up-gradations of business processes
  • Expectation management
  • Drawing feedback and checking quality of maintenance

Night Shift Timings: 08 pm to 6am

Monday – Friday: Working

Saturdays & Sundays: Fixed Off

Salary between: 21K + 4k (Attendance Bonus)
