CNC OPERATOR

Job Description

• Machine setup: Prepare the CNC machine by loading the correct tools and raw materials.
• Programming: Load and run pre-written programs or write new programs for the machine based on job specifications.
• Operation: Start and monitor the machine's production run, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Quality control: Inspect finished parts using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and other routine maintenance to keep the machines in good working order.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, such as programming errors or machine malfunctions.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety rules, protocols, and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Record-keeping: Maintain detailed records of production data and any issues encountered.
