We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female freshers to join our team as Operations Executives (Back-End Support). The role primarily involves coordinating with candidates, handling inbound calls, and providing timely updates either via phone or in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with candidates for updates and follow-ups.

Handle inbound calls and address candidate queries effectively.

Provide regular updates to candidates through phone calls or scheduled meetings.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and candidate statuses.

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth backend operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Only female candidates eligible to apply.

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and phone etiquette.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
