Sales & Service Executive – Elite Client Handling

Experience Required: 2–5 years (Preferred: Experience in handling premium or HNI clients)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Service Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our elite clients. The ideal candidate will ensure premium customer service standards while driving sales, renewals, and satisfaction through personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with high-value / elite clients.
• Act as the single point of contact for client queries, support, and issue resolution.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.
• Ensure timely follow-up, renewals, and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in CRM.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, accounts, and support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare and present sales reports and client updates to management.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and service targets.

• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
