Job Description

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including overseeing job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires
• Maintaining and enhancing employee benefits programs, such as compensation, health insurance, and vacation
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records
• Identifying and recommending improvements to internal HR policies and procedures
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Supporting departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans
• Overseeing performance management, including conducting reviews and providing coaching and discipline
• Leading a team of HR professionals and fostering a positive work environment
