International Voice Process (Outbound) – BPO

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month
Shift: UK Shift, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK-based B2B customers.
• Promote products/services and generate sales.
• Understand customer needs and handle objections.
• Follow up with customers and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international telesales/telemarketing.
• UK process experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection-handling and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and team player.

Location: Malad west, Mumbai
