Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Vasai Virar

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission electronic systems and equipment at client sites.

Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot electronic devices and systems to identify and resolve faults or issues.

Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, helping them resolve operational problems with electronic equipment.

Testing and Calibration: Conduct testing, calibration, and verification of electronic systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including installation, maintenance, and repair reports, and update technical manuals as necessary.

Customer Training: Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of electronic systems and equipment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all service activities comply with quality standards and regulations.Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for timely repairs and maintenance.

Field Service: Travel to client locations to perform service tasks, often on short notice, and handle emergency repairs.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to service processes and product designs based on field experience.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing service tasks, ensuring a safe working environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
