Job Description
- Responsibilities as customer support
- Is responsible for product sales growth by identifying various market segments, demography and various channels for growth.
- Is responsible for sending quotes, follow-ups, closing orders and ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Is responsible to make work orders in ERP and CRM and sending them to the customer and updating prod_plan.xls
- Is responsible to send the repair expense to the customer and get their approval and updating GTEK_Repairing_status.xls
Is responsible for maintaining and sustaining 5S in admin area.
- Education:
- Shall posses a graduate degree in BBA/MBA mktg or commerce with 3 years of minimum experience or shall have an experience of more than 10 years in managing operations.
- Related Work Experience:
- Dealership establishment / working with dealer network
- Field sales of electronic industrial product sales
- Internet savvy and computer knowledge
Worked in ERP/CRM system
