Job Description

Dosa Counter Chef (Dosa Master)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of dosas, uttapams, and other South Indian dishes.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Prepare batters, chutneys, sambhar, and other accompaniments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dosa counter and kitchen area.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about ingredient requirements.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Salary: 15000 - 20000 per month
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400064
Timing: 7 AM - 7 PM
