Field Executive – Driver Onboarding

Job Locations: Navi Mumbai & Western Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Visit and onboard taxi drivers.
• Approach and connect with new drivers.
• Explain the AllMiles platform and its benefits to drivers.
• Collect and verify driver and vehicle documents.
• Complete driver and vehicle onboarding.
• Assist drivers with queries and onboarding-related issues.
• Follow up with drivers for pending documents.
• Maintain accurate driver records.
• Achieve assigned onboarding and registration targets.
• Travel regularly for driver visits and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• 10th / 12th pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Active, confident, and presentable.
• Comfortable with field work and regular travel.
• Ability to interact with drivers professionally.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Working Hours

Rotational shifts:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in all three rotational shifts.
