Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Explain the NGO's mission, ongoing projects, and funding needs.
• Communicate with Donors over calls
• Handle incoming questions or feedback from supporters.
• Handle donor inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses
• Coordinate donor programs and events
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:

• Clear and polite verbal communication skills.
• Active listening to understand donor interests and concerns.
• Basic computer skills to update CRM or tracking sheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
