Field Service Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer – Heat Pump/Tankless Geysers with strong electrical knowledge and hands-on experience in Hot Water Heat Pump systems. The role involves installation support, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of heat pump systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Hot Water Heat Pump and Tankless Geysers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedules
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service calls
• Maintain service reports, job cards, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs

Qualification:
•    ITI, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in servicing
• Mandatory experience in Hot Water Heat Pumps
• Experience in heating systems / water heaters / HVAC equipment preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
