Job Description

● Testing & Quality Control:Conduct testing of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and outsourced products within stipulated timeframes.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by maintaining and calibrating test equipment.Test all outgoing goods before dispatch to ensure quality standards are met.
● Documentation & Reporting:Maintain documentation of test results in standard formats and report to superiors.Prepare ISO 9001 related documentation and ensure compliance.Report any changes in raw materials, production processes, or test results to management in a timely manner.Generate product data sheets and MSDS specifications.
● Standards & Procedures:Maintain and update all test procedures and standards for incoming and outgoing materials.Develop and manage quality systems and conduct regular internal audits.
● Process Improvement:Evaluate current production and manufacturing efficiencies and implement improvements.Create processes and systems to reduce rejection and wastage during production.Actively participate in cost-cutting planning to achieve an overall reduction of 10% annually.
● Customer & Supplier Interaction:Handle rejections or objections from customers regarding dispatched materials.Assist the sales/marketing team with technical points and visit customers and suppliers to resolve issues if necessary.Prepare CAPA reports for each rejection and problem in the Coating and Converting Department.
● Technical Support & Training:Assist the Production Head with technical aspects of new product development.Support machine operators/technicians during the operation or maintenance of CNC/PLC electronic-driven machines.Train workers in all departments on technical machine operations to reduce wastage and rejection.
● Health, Safety, & Environment:Adhere to the organization's Ecology, Health, and Safety (EHS) norms.Ensure compliance with industry technicalities and regulations.
