Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, website, seminars, and other marketing campaigns.
- Counsel doctors and healthcare professionals about courses, fees, syllabus, and batch schedules.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through regular follow-up.
- Maintain daily call records and update enquiry data in Excel/CRM.
- Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and student queries professionally.
- Coordinate with students regarding registrations, fee collection, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the creative designer for designing and printing certificates, promotional materials, and other institute-related creatives.
- Coordinate with faculty and the administration team for smooth execution of batches and events.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, admissions counselling, customer service, or education is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Salary:
- ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).

Working Days:
- Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
