Technical Design and Innovation:

Lead the design and development of packaging machinery and equipment.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate advancements into equipment design.

Project Management:

Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.

Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for overall project success.

Design Optimization:

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for equipment design optimization.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure practicality for production.

Prototyping and Testing:

Oversee prototyping and conduct thorough testing to validate design concepts.

Analyze test results and iterate on designs accordingly.

Documentation:

Prepare detailed engineering documentation.

Maintain accurate records of design changes.
