Position: Telesales Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Officers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable health insurance plans, and converting leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain Star Health Insurance products, plans, benefits, and coverage clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and other requirements.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Knowledge of health insurance will be an added advantage.

Working Hours & Holidays

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Mandatory Holiday

Sunday will be a compulsory weekly holiday.
