Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound calls, communicate with potential customers, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly.

• Generate and follow up on leads.

• Handle basic customer queries.

• Maintain customer and lead records.

• Support sales conversion through effective communication.

• Prepare daily call reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Confident and comfortable with telecalling.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Mumbai candidates preferred.

• Western Line candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
