Job Description

Requirement:

• Should have above 5 years experience for selling of flat/shop and successfully sold at least one project
• He/she should be addicted to achieve target and manage to sell 200 flat project and give peace full possession
• He/She must achieve minimum booking and site visit % target as per industry trend 
• He/She should be responsible and honest, loyal and hardworking 

Job description:

• He/she has to appoint team to call each and every lead and fill complete profile of customers in computer lead form
• All call has to be done through computer and suppose customers not picking then call by company mobile and chat with customers on whatsapp 
• He/she has to generate lead through marketing and must follow up customers closely 
• In short sales head would be responsible to sale entire 200 flats on time and give peaceful possession to customers

Education:

MBA in sales and marketing 

Salary:

Rs.50000 to 100000 as per eligibility 

Incentive:

One booking :- Rs.20,000/-  incentives after first bank disbursement
