Role Overview

As a Field Sales Representa ve/ Officer, you will be responsible for visi ng retailers, distributors, supermarkets, chemists, cosme c stores, and general trade outlets to increase product visibility, drive sales, collect market feedback, and strengthen channel rela onships. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field sales, rela onship building, market visits, and retail execu on within the FMCG and personal care industry.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, skincare, or consumer goods sales
• Good understanding of General Trade (GT) sales operations
• Strong communication and relatonship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories
• Basic knowledge of retail distribution networks
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Familiarity with mobile reporting and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
