Job Description

1.Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet & Mail 

2. Good Hindi & Average English

3.Candidates must have  Sales and target approach with go-getter attitude.

4. Handle Prospective Digital leads assigned by Company  with optimum Disbursement

6. Achieve Monthly target of minimum 50 lakhs Disbursement

7. Generate minimum 10 login leads per month through Reference and Cold calling of average 5 lakhs per lead. 

8. No leaves During Probation of first six months, Any leaves would be considered as absenteeism

9. Logical Communication with Calculative know-how is must and Computer proficiency

10. Manage leads from login upto disbursement.

11. Experience expected in personal loan selling
