Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator

Description:

Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for overseeing the availability, inventory management, and timely delivery of spare parts to customers. This role includes managing the customer service process by responding to inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on maintaining inventory levels, driving spare parts sales, and improving customer service operations to ensure efficient and prompt support to clients.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Details

Inventory Management Ensure accurate stock levels of spare parts and efficient inventory management to avoid shortages.

Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Order Processing & Fulfillment Manage and ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders for spare parts.

Vendor & Supplier Management Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts.

Sales & Profitability of Spare Parts Promote sales of spare parts by identifying customer needs and offering relevant products.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination Coordinate with logistics teams for the timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts.

Reporting & Analysis Generate regular reports on spare parts sales, inventory turnover, and customer service metrics.

Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions, feedback, and sales opportunities.

Warranty & Returns Processing Manage claims for parts warranty and oversee the returns process, ensuring smooth transactions.
