Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual CTC: 4.5LPA 

Responsibilities:
As part of the Sales and Marketing team, your core duties will include identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to meet organizational revenue goals. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Plan, create, and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email).

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and directly handle sales negotiations.

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, handle complaints, and seek feedback for improvement.

Collaborate on product positioning, pricing, and launching new products.
