Job Opening: Sales / Property Advisor
Setpal Properties is inviting applications for the position of Sales / Property Advisor for a full-time, on-site role.
Located : Off Linking Road, Santacruz west
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with prospective clients and conduct property site visits
• Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, and documentation
• Maintain daily records of client interactions and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and basic written)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undertake field work
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
