Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Explain and promote company insurance plans clearly to clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle client queries and provide after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in sales, especially insurance or financial products, is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai
- Basic understanding of insurance products (training provided)
