Admission Counsellor – Kotdwar Institute of Hotel Management (KIHM)

Location: Kotdwar, Uttarakhand

Kotdwar Institute of Hotel Management (KIHM) is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and help achieve admission targets.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
• Explain course details, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain admission records and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve admission targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and counseling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
• Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales is preferred.

Salary: Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and interview performance.
