WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC PERSONALITY FOR THE ROLE OF SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE WHO WILL BE REPRESENTING OUR COMPANY TO OUR EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS. THE CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE BELOW ATTRIBUTES
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATIONS SKILLS THAT BUILD CONFIDENCE AND CREDIBILITY. POSSESS FLEXIBILITY AND CONFIDENCE. BE ABLE TO ARTICULATE AND CONFIDENTLY EXPLAIN COMPLEX MODELS IN A CLEAR SIMPLIFIED MANNER.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING THE FULL-LIFE CYCLE SALE TO INCLUDE, IDENTIFYING PROSPECTS, CONDUCTING NEEDS ANALYSIS, DELIVERING WEB DEMONSTRATIONS, NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS, AND CLOSING DEALS.
- SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMPREHEND THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF THE COMPANY AND SUBSEQUENTLY RELAY IT TO CUSTOMERS.
- PARTICIPATE IN COLD CALLING CAMPAIGNS TO OPTIMIZE AND INCREASE THE PIPELINE.
- SHOULD BE A SELF-MOTIVATED PERSON.
- STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF SALES AND MARKETING ENVIRONMENTS.
- RESPOND PROMPTLY TO CLIENT QUERIES AND GRIEVANCES.
- SUPPORT THE REPORTING HEAD IN DELIVERY OF EFFECTIVE MARKETING PROGRAMS THAT ACHIEVE COMPANY AND CLIENT OBJECTIVES.
- ASSIST IN EXECUTION A VARIETY OF MARKETING INITIATIVES THAT DRIVE BRAND AWARENESS, TRIAL AND DISTRIBUTION, INCLUDING THE DAY-TO-DAY EXECUTION ACROSS MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, PROMOTIONS, AND SALES SUPPORT.
- SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF SALES AND MARKETING MATERIALS, ADAPTING SCOPES, TIMELINES, AND DELIVERABLES AS NEEDED FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT.
- PREPARE AND PRESENT PROPOSALS AND CLOSE NEW ACCOUNTS BY COORDINATING REQUIREMENTS, DEVELOPING, AND NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS, INTEGRATING CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS WITH BUSINESS OPERATION.
- IDENTIFYING SUITABLE RFPS AND TENDERS IN A PARTICULAR REGION AND ENSURING THE WIN OF IT.
- COORDINATE SALES EFFORT WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
- MAINTAIN AND RECONCILE MONTHLY REPORTS IN TERMS OF EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENT.
- BUILD SKILL SETS AND ENGAGE IN ONGOING EDUCATION FOR THE COMPANY.
- SELLING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES USING SOLID ARGUMENTS TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
- PERFORMING COST-BENEFIT ANALYSES OF EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
- MAINTAINING POSITIVE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE FUTURE SALES
- ACHIEVE AGREED UPON SALES TARGETS AND OUTCOMES WITHIN SCHEDULE
- SUPPLY MANAGEMENT WITH REPORTS ON CUSTOMER NEEDS, PROBLEMS, INTERESTS, COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES, AND POTENTIAL FOR NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
REQUIREMENTS
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 05 YEARS IN SALES AND MARKETING.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILL.
- COMPETENCY IN COMPUTERS.
- HARD-WORKING, RESULTS ORIENTED, GO-GETTER, SELF-DRIVEN AND SHARP SALES SKILLS ARE A MUST.
- EDUCATION RELATED TO BUSINESS, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS OR SIMILAR FIELD OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SALES AND MARKETING.
- ABLE TO ADAPT TO THE ENVIRONMENT.
- BONUS EXPERIENCE FOR CANDIDATES HAVING SOFTWARE ACQUAINTED PROFILE.
- KNOWLEDGE OF RELEVANT MARKETS AND TRENDS
