HR Executive / HR Recruiter – Bangalore
Gyanendra Consultancy is hiring for an HR position in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across multiple branches
• Understand JDs and source suitable candidates through various channels
• Profile screening and first-level candidate interaction
• HR interviews and interview coordination with departments
• Coordination with HR/placement agencies
• Salary comparison and salary negotiation
• Offer, appointment and confirmation letter preparation
• Employee onboarding, documentation and induction
• MIS handling and HR portal management
• Employee exit process and formalities
• Agency invoice processing and coordination Identification and registration of new HR agencies
• Coordination with the digital team for vacancy updates and job postings
• Working on Ekatm HR/HR & Admin modules and related systems
• Employee user creation and plant access management Candidate Requirements

Experience - 5 to 6 Years
Budget - 5 to 6 LPA
Location: Bangalore ( Sadashiva Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560080 )
Job Type: Full-time Work
Mode: In-person
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada (Mandatory)
