Dispatch & Productions 

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Description:

1. Handle daily dispatch operations for edible oil Tin, pouch, and Box products.
2. Prepare dispatch plan as per Sales Orders, stock availability and delivery priority.
3. Involved and well-coordinated with Warehouse, Sales, Production and own vehicles team for timely dispatch.
4. Arrange suitable vehicles as per quantity, destination and vehicle capacity.
5. Verify SKU, batch, quantity and packing before vehicle loading.
6. Supervise loading and ensure proper stacking, handling and securing of goods.
7. Prepare and verify Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, LR/GR and Gate Pass.
8. Update all dispatch transactions in ERP/Tally.
9. Maintain SKU-wise, batch-wise and customer-wise dispatch records.
10. Monitor vehicle placement, loading time and vehicle detention.
11. Track dispatched vehicles and coordinate for on-time delivery.
12. Follow up for POD/Delivery Confirmation from customers and verify.
13. Reconcile physical stock vs system stock and report discrepancies.
14. Prepare Daily Dispatch, Pending Order, Vehicle and POD reports.
15. Ensure minimum dispatch errors, product damage, leakage and shortage.
16. Follow company SOP, safety, hygiene and food-handling standards.
17. Resolve day-to-day issues related to vehicle, loading, documentation and delivery.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Operations.
• FMCG / Edible Oil / Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST Invoice & E-Way Bill.
• Strong transporter, driver, and vehicle coordination skills.
• Good communication, follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch targets.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

Salary: 25k - 35k as per Experience and knowledge
